The StrideWare™ Toolbar

The main toolbar for StrideWare is shown above. The buttons perform the following functions:

• Add a new Run
• Add a new Walk
• Add a new Health Item
• View the list of People, and add or modify them
• View the list of Shoes, and add or modify them
• View the list of named Routes, and add or modify them
• Print the current view (if applicable)
• Print Preview the current view (if applicable)
• Show StrideWare program options
• Show your current local weather conditions and forecast
• Display StrideWare Help
