CycliStats™ - Tracking your Health
The Health Tab allows you to keep track of your cycling related health
data. You can track your weight, resting heart rate, body fat
percentage, Body Mass Index, and blood pressure. You can also enter free form notes (useful for
keeping track of how you feel, illness, etc.).
By logging this information, you can use the
Graphs
tab to display your relevant health data in graphical format.
